  The James Bond movies have been on of the most succesful action movies…but Quantum of Solace failed.

  They  not only provide you action, romance and humour- they provide you an original plot.  However, after viewing this movie all I could think about was… THE BOURNE ULTIMATUM.  Don’t get me wrong, it was a good film, but it did not reach or surpass expectations. It was completely unoriginal.

  It made me wonder why I was wasting my  money on the movie.  Oh and the Alicia Keys/ Jack White song…bullshit. Seriously, that reminded me of a coke commerical or a vodka commerical. All the other theme songs are classicis and are memorable. There was nothing memorable about this song. I don’t know why the hell the producers thought Alicia and Jack would make a hit. They should have taken Amy Winehouse in her prime to sing the theme song.

  Now, the women in Quantum of Solace were HOT! There was really no plot, just James Bond wanting revenge on the death of his hoe from the previous movie…

  I really hope the next Bond movie will not make James Bond look like an angry heart-broken fool.

  Seriously though, why on earth would you put a group of gorgeous girls in tight-fitting T-shorts and jeans, and then finish the ensemble off with a pair of clumpy shoes, which look like they should be at the bottom of a charity shop bin?

  I shall let you ponder that question while I tell you that Orlando Bloom’s girlfriend, Miranda Kerr, joined fellow Victoria’s Secret Angels to promote their holiday gift picks in Miami Beach. Heidi Klum was there too - on her left, see?

  And don’t they all look happy and bouncy and filled with the joys of the festive season? Well, it must make you feel pretty darned good when you’re considered some of the most attractive women in the free world. Hmm.

  Just one more thing. Girl in the turn-ups - no.

  * Winner and guests arrive in Cleveland (Time TBD)
  * 3pm: Check into a suite at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel
  * Visit the former Higbee’s Department Store Window (next to Renaissance Hotel)

  DECEMBER 24

  * 10am: Personal behind-the-scenes tour of A Christmas Story House & Museum
  * Ride in family car (weather permitting) and receive bars of Lifebuoy Soap
  * Try on original costumes from the movie
  * Read through the costume “bible” that includes photos and notes from the production
  * 2pm: Check into A Christmas Story House
  * Large FRA-GI-LE Major Award crate delivered to the front door of the house (yours to keep – provided by A Christmas Story House). Crow bar provided to open.
  * Go out to check the mail for Decoder pins delivered to mailbox (one for each guest and yours to keep - provided by A Christmas Story House)
  * Climb under the sink just like Randy
  * 5pm: Chinese Turkey Dinner at Pearl of the Orient
  * 7pm: Back to A Christmas Story House to watch “A Christmas Story” in the house it was filmed (25th Anniversary DVD is yours to keep; popcorn and sodas provided)
  * 9pm: Spend the night in A Christmas Story House sleeping in Ralphie and Randy’s bedroom!

  DECEMBER 25

  * 8am: Open presents in A Christmas Story House living room
  * Continental breakfast basket provided by A Christmas Story House
  * Presents included: 2 BB guns (behind the desk), blue bowling ball, can of Simonize, and a bunny suit, 4 Christmas Story House shirts. (provided by A Christmas Story House)
  * Bring your own presents to unwrap as well
  * Shoot BB guns in the back yard (provided by A Christmas Story House)
  * 1pm: Check out of A Christmas Story House and return to Renaissance Hotel (Room is reserved for you)
  * 5pm: Enjoy Christmas dinner at Sans Souci, an award-winning, fine-dining restaurant in the Renaissance Hotel

  DECEMBER 26

  * By 12pm, check out of Renaissance Hotel
  * Return flight departs (Time TBD)

  Jools Oliver, who is five months pregnant, and her two daughters Poppy Honey, 6, and Daisy Boo, 5, were spotted taking a walk in a park in Primrose Hill, London, earlier today. Jools, 34, and husband, TV chef Jamie Oliver, expect their third child in March. Jamie has made no secret of the the fact he would like a son this time round and was recently quoted as saying, “it would be great to have a boy, as I am in a totally oestrogen-filled house. But I really don’t mind as long as it’s healthy”.
